1. Open the door and ensure that the cut out in the door frame is clear of any accumulated dirt or other objects which may impede the lock.
2. Use a quality dry silicon spray and apply to the lock and the door frame cut out. Do not use an oil based spray as this will clog up the lock over time.
3. Clean off any excess spray.
4. Test the lock several times.

The position includes workshop duties, trades assistant duties and cleaning duties to start with. As you progress you will learn all facets of glass and aluminium manufacturing and fitting, qualifying as a tradesperson in approximately 4 years.
